B&M Short Shifter
ok, people from clubsi said that if i install it my tranny and synchro's will be gone in a year.. i just drive to work and go to the track once a month.. any validity to that point or what?

The people from ClubSi that told you that are full of crap. I have a B&M "Edge" shifter in my del Sol (w/ Civic Si engine/tranny) and its good. Amazingly I haven't blown my tranny or synchros. I got mine for about $60.......

the B&M is quite a solid shifter. It is possible to throw out your synchros with a short shifter if you're shifting hard and fast all of the time. Shift nice and easy under normal driving conditions, and you'll be fine.
