Ok this is the first time for me to have to get a smog test on my car due to the fact I lived in FL and they don't care how your car runs. I went figuring it would be some sort of shitty ordeal. I pull up and to my suprise no line what so ever. Get my car on the rollers and the guy has me turn the car off and plugs something into my obd2 port, and that was it I passed. They didn't check exhaust or anything. I guess I could have run the car without a cat and still pass. Anyone with similar experiences? where they don't check for nothing but engine codes? I have a 97 ex and I seen other people that had to run their cars hard to get exhaust reading.
