Which axles are different? I need one for an EX
I have an EG d16z6, everything is stock. The cv boot is torn and I am going to need to replace the axle, my question is if I get one used does it have to be from the ex tranny? What are the differences?

I believe all 92-00 d series axles are interchangeable. Not sure if ex ones would be better than dx ones though.

No it does not have to be from an EX. Just get a new one, they're like $60 from Autozone/O' Reilly/etc. with core return. Plus most have some type of a replacement warranty.

Only matters if the car needs an ABS axle or not, that would be a difference in a ABS ring. So if your car has ABS, you will either need to get the ring off the orginal axle, or just make sure you get an ABS axle.
