Aux Light/ Cruise Control Switches

Aux Light/ Cruise Control Switches
I have a 95 del sol S with no cruise control. I recently did the AUX light rewire so they run independent of the headlights (https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-civic-del-sol-1992-2000-1/better-how-del-sol-aux-lights-re-wire-817274/).
I now bought a set of Optilux Angel Eye lights and I would like to make the angel eye light circuit independent of everything else too.
I purchased a Cruse Control switch to take this function to replace the blank spot next to my AUX Light switch.
I was looking for any advice on how to wire this up. There are three wired leading up to a connector for the Cruse control instead of the normal five. I don't understand why a blank non-functioning switch would need wires.

Re: Aux Light/ Cruise Control Switches
I maned up and got out the testing supplies including a breadboard, and pinned out the cruse control switch.
My question was what are the wires running to the back of a blank switch as my Del Sol does not have cruise control there is a plastic blank in the slot, but there are still wires plugged into this completely empty blank. There is a negative and what seems to be a fused and un-fused positive wire. Both going hot when the key is on.
So taking all this information I am trying to get the ability to turn the angel eyes on independently of all the other lights, because I think this looks gay with the marker lights on. I like to run my fog lights as running lamps the ability to run the angel eyes with them to will be nice.
Now, how the hell do I get the wire through the firewall?
