Default Autopower Race cage . . .

i want to get an autopower race cage, but i want a 6pt configuration. my question is, could i weld in to bars off the main loop and run them along the roof line and down, through the dash? or even route them around the dash? would this be safe? my friend welds, and made a custon bumper for his truck. looks pretty good, but if that doesnt work, ill have someone weld them in. TIA.

I have a 6 point kirk cage for sale. It`s a bolt-in so you can remove the frontal portion for daily driving. Driving w/ a 6 point is extremely dangerous. If you got in an accident and hit your head on you`d be dead!

yeah, i keep coming back to wondering if the danger is worth it. maybe ill stick with the 4pt. i just wanted some added protection from a rollover situation, which a 4pt doesnt provide. oh, well. ill think on it.

physics of smackin ur noggin on a metal bar?

also, could someone post pics of more 6pt cages, so i can see just how close ur head is to it. i wanna see if maybe i could get a custom cage done, maybe as close to the roof as physically possible. my friend, a good welder, might be up to the task.
