Hello,

Is it possible to swap manual transmission in to 92 civic with d16? What do I need to do that swap?

Clutch
Clutch pedal
Tansmission
ECU
Shifter and linkages with hardware
Flywheel
Manual transmission engine bay mount.
Axles

You are going to have to have the hydro lines for the clutch, along with the manual throttle cable if you swap all the pedals. Also your tranny mount will need to be moved back a little bit or you will have to buy the kit from hasport-

Personally, I'd just buy a manual car and save myself the trouble and money of a tranny swap. I haven't done it, but from what I read in the write up, it seems like a bitch.

Not at all, it's very easy, maybe harder than it looks - one day and having never done it before you can definately do it. (assuming you have all the parts)

M/C, as well as the hydro lines.

you can still use the throttle cable.

believe it or not, where i live civics are outrageously priced. but the autos are cheaper than the manuals, so what i did was saved about $1500 on my civic and did a conversion. not only is it easy as hell, but i saved some money.

From my experience you need to swap out the throttle cable if you go to a manual pedal set- if you dont the pedals are all too close

One guy is selling me his 1992 civic with D16z6 for $2000 I think it's a good deal.. What do you think?

i did my tranny conversion for about $600-$800. It's not hard to the conversion, it just takes up alot of time to complete it.
