Re: Autolock Help (SOHC4life 96)
im probably guessing that you have trouble because of your dead pedal. just tilt it up a little higher and rotate it a little clockwise and it should fit snug. and remember to force it down with your foot where they give you a bar to push on.

if you think the lock is difficult to put on,wait till you go take it off.Mine, the key part doesn't want to turn sometimes. You gotta know a certain trick.I guess they are built so well that the owner of the vehicle can't even take it..lol

if it doesnt turn, then push down on the bar with your foot to relieve some of the force thats makin it hard to turn.

Re: (jeffk182)
i always put my autolock on so that the bottom looks like an upside down T like in the picture above. i've noticed when i put it on the other way i can pull up on the lever as far.

make sure the base is planted and just pull....you'll get used to it evenually.

i use mine on the clutch pedal but i have also thought about putting it on the gas pedal too. i think it would be very difficult to drive a car with an autolock on the gas pedal.
dont forget to hide a nice fuel cutoff switch as well!
