Default Auto ZC

I am thinking of putting a dohc ZC in a 92-95 civic ex with a blown motor just to get it running. The car is an auto D16Z6 and would like to keep it auto so no auto-man. conversions. I know the motor can bolt up to the tranny, my question is what ECU will/can I use on it, can I use an OBD1 auto LS ecu or is there anothere way to get this car running? I know that i can use the stock ecu but i dont want to have a cel. I know it is kinda a strange motor choice but I just need the car to run like today/yesterday. will be looking for another D16Z6 or a D16Y8 to pick up asap......
