Your internal filter is stopping up for sure. You will need a new converter and transmission. When you turn the car off a lot of the stuff in your filter will drain out of your filter. When you crank it up it starts sucking it up until it completely stops up. Thatís why it runs fine until it gets hot.
The Torque converter lining sheds off and goes into the transmission and stops filter up.

X2 on the clogged internal filter.
---
After an "unsuccessful" rebuild by a local Transmission guy on my wife's '93 Civic immediately failing within a few blocks of driving going into false neutrals,
the transmission guy said based on his 25 years experience the internal transmission filter was clogged.

Because the transmission had to get completely torn down again to replace the filter, I've recently replaced the original 25 y.o. radiator and added an external
inline filter in the radiator transmission cooler line (3/8 " Magnefine Brand) to help keep future crud from getting into the internal transmission filter.

Whether that will help or not - who knows... the filter company claims it will not restrict flow and will remove regular sediment and is also magnetic.
I think newer Hondas went to an external filter - so what the heck just another $25- and about a half-hours work.

Here are a few photos if your interested:

I alway put a external filter on anything we install at our shop. Just for a added benefit.
Since Honda/Acura all have a internal filter.

I put my filter before it hits the radiator or any external cooler to prevent the cooler from also getting clogged. Haven't had any issues.

We always bypass the radiator and run the external cooler on its own. It works great. And there is no contamination from the radiator or if it busted your transmission will still be fine.
Use a Hayden 1678 cooler 😄
