Re: Auto taser for our cars (dom93hatch)
it says it gives of 59,000 milliwatts. i dunno how much that actually is but a milliwatt doesnt sound like "electricity coming out of your head" alot. I guess if it is strong enough for a thieve to not touch it, it should be ok.

Yay! New V-Tech pic.
what if you could do that to your entire chassis? and then isolate the ecu, battery and alternator w/ rubber padding...

I have one.....never got it to work....a friend had it around from when Taser International first started to make them....I believe no other company makes them any more....Taser International has the Paten(sp) for it.......they went strictly law enforcement route...I know because I called trying to get this used one to work....no help....
I think 4 -6 9v square batteries are used....one shock you have to replace them....

my sister had one on a navi. it requires alot of batterys which can get expensive. it was really annoying trying to get it off. while not getting shocked .
youre better off getting a quick realease steering wheel and a auto lock and you will still have money left over just my opinion

Yeah I think it would just be better to have the quick release steering wheel ,that way they absolutely can't steal it without up and towing the damn thing.

I dunno dood. That doesn't seem very strong. 5,900 milliwatt? I don't know how much a milliwatt is but I've been shocked by 100,000 and 500,000 volt tasers and it didn't really phase me at all.
