Auto Meter 5" Sport Comp Tach (3911) Install problem? HELP
I just installed my Auto Meter 5" Monster Tach on my 94 DX Coupe... And I have a quick question... When I start the car, the RPM's on the tach are damn near precise but then when I go to turn the car off the RPMs on the tach stay at where the car was idling or a little higher, when the engine isnt running? Is there any way I can fix this.... I dont know if this matters or not but here is how I ran the wires....

Re: Auto Meter 5" Sport Comp Tach (JDM H23A)
Its cause 5 inch tach is not quite large enough.
What about one big enough to fill the inside of the steering wheel?????
Damn ghey/ricey ****, just buy a replacement gauge cluster with a tach!!

All the auto meter tachs do that when power is cut of. They never go down to zero. Its because off the spring, or something like that. You cant fix it, because its not broken
