Default Auto-manual conversion

I currently have a 93 civic hatch with a d15 mtor and i want to swap in a b18b1 and convert it to a manual. I already know i need the motor tranny ecu shift linkage the hydrolic lines pedal box assembly clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder but is there anything else im gonna need and does anyone know the cheapest place to get this stuff?

thats just about all your gonna need, you also need axles and a new gauge cluster for the 5 speed. your best bet is to go to http://www.car-part.com of check your local junk yards for all the parts.
