Your going to need more parts then that...
Clutch Resovir
Starter
Probably a couple other parts, you've got the big stuff though. I'm in the process of doing one on my EG.

Re: 96-00 civic auto to 5-spd swap help! (hondalowlow)
you will have to drill the two holes to mount the shifter and make a plate so you don't have a big gaping hole where your shifter is. you have to wire the auto shifter switch mechanism into 'park' position. you don't need to wire up the clutch switch unless you want to start the car with the clutch depressed...otherwise the car starts without the clutch depressed. just make sure you clutch if you are in gear and starting the car or in neutral. also, wire your reverse light switch between the two reverse wires (green and yellow) off the auto shift switch so you have reverse lights. any other ?'s just pm.
*make sure you also get all the hardware you can for lines and esp the flywheel bolts since the manual flywheel bolts are longer than the torque converter drive plate ones.
*also make sure you have both mounts for the manual tranny.

no there not, i learned the hard way. you will need a longer starter bolt and longer front tranny mount since the manual mount is thicker

Re: (jeffsciv23)
I want to do the conversion on my 97 Coupe, I'm probably going to do a complete swap, engine and the 5-speed conversion at once to make it easier. Right now I'm looking for a decent swap with $$ in hand if anyone has any complete swaps... B16, LS - etc that price range

be prepared to buy a mount kit if you have not already done so, either that or got to http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com and look up the mount braket under body parts, they are different when going from auto to 5-speed

Since the auto ecu uses a three wire IACV and the manual ecu uses a two wire IACV. There is no way to wire around this. There is no easy way to mount a two wire IACV to a manifold set up for a three wire IACV.
You must:
Install an IM from a manual y8
Re-pin the ecu harness for a two wire IACV

Re: (KillBot)
I swear I saw a pic or thread describing how to convert the IACV to a two wire...not sure about the need for a manual IM
heres a parts list for an EK:
tranny
manual ecu
shift linkages
top and front manual tranny brackets
shift lever
manual starter
flywheel bolts
hydro hard lines and soft lines
pedals
clutch slave cylinder if not attached to tranny
master clutch cylinder with resevoir
manual intake manifold ---> may not be necessary if anyone can find that pic or thread i was talking about
misc brackets for the hydro lines (if you want it to look oem and clean)
clutch
flywheel
tranny fluid
heres a great thread for the wiring - https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=358464
there may be more, but thats off the top of my head
hope that helps some of the conversion peeps out there
