this same thing happened to us, someone linked me to a sale on EBAY where a guy was selling SPOON LIKE rims using pictures of B-Troop cars, I emailed him I guess he didnt have the ***** to reply to me...

Yeap, that's my car. However, I think Katman took that pic so, he owns the rights to it 
Hehe. I think it's a little crappy to just use anyone's car as a reference without asking but, I won't cry about it.
The only thing I really don't like is him passin em off as Slipstreams
