ATTN: civics with eibach sportline springs!!!
I was told that with sportlines the rear of the car hangs lower, is that true? My friend wants to pick up a used set of sportlines for cheap, but is concerned with having an uneven drop all around. It's going on a 2000 SiR

not only does the rear sit lower, but the driver side sits lower than the passenger side.
doesn't look bad enough to CUT the springs though. Get some ground controls if you really want even spacing

thanks a lot guys. He basically gave me cash and wants me to get the springs and install them for him. Usually when i do installs i already have the stuff, i don't want to end up disappointing him with a shitty looking drop.

H&R sport give a pretty even drop, i have them on my civic right now...ride is almost like stock, just a bit stiffer, pretty good for a daily driver if you ask me.

::cough:: Altezza's ::cough:: And yes, I have heard of a few cases (including my friends integra when he used to have sportlines) that the rear appears to be lower than the front. The drop itself, I believe, is even but the way the fenders are cut, the front appears to be higher. Also, my friend did not like his Sportlines. He said the stock springs felt better through turns than the sportlines...and the drop wasn't even enough to make them worth buying.

i like my sportlines... the diffrence is not that much. and my drivers side does NOT sit lower than my passenger side. sorry about how dirty my car is i just snapped some pics real quick for you. Oh yeah just to let you know im running 2 10" subs in a pretty heavy box in the trunk and my spare so that adds a little wieght to the rear.

Anyone heard of this problem with pro-kits? I was just about to buy them but thought I'd better ask this first. How about RS*R black (down springs not race) has anybody used them or know if they're even.
