Default ASR subframe brace w/Civic Type R sway bar making loud clicking sounds

EM1 99 Si

I just installed the ASR subframe brace w/ Civic Type R sway bar and 2 new oem endlinks yesterday. I took it for a test drive yesterday after installation without any problems-no sounds. This morning I drove the car to work and parked on the 7th floor of the garage. After I got off and headed home, I started to constantly hear dull popping sounds from the back that is really loud inside and out. The sounds are extremely noticeable (sounds if bending) and occurring more than half the time I am driving.

The sounds can be heard when I am making turns and driving on a straight path going over bumps.

What is happening? I followed the instructions and torqued everything to specifications. I torqued it to final specifications after adjusting the preload. I also followed the same set up as my stock sway bar. I do not have washers between the endlinks and the lower control arms and no washers between the endlinks and swaybar. Should this be a problem (Stock did not have washers)?

Do you think it is the endlink ball joint attached to the swaybar?

What is going on??

Is the exhaust hitting the sway bar? Check for rub marks on either.
