It is Sport Injection.
The Toda pic that you posted is actually what is called ITB's or Individual Throttle Bodies. They may call it a sport injection kit, but Si also stands for that.

Yup - original S stood for sport. Then Honda added fuel injection and presto, the Si (Sport injection) was born.

It stands for Sport Injection.
In the old CRX Si's, when there was no VTEC, the only difference from the other CRX models was that instead of a 1.5, it had a 1.6. Thus, more fuel being injected in the engine. So Honda was like, "Hey, it's getting Sports Injection!"

I thought it was Shitty Interior? Well, I guess thats wrong, because all civics would be an Si if that were the case.
