ASAP! Throttle Body cable adjustment.
My thorttle cable is messed up.
When I lift up the gas pedal idle goes down
when im driving and at a stop light it idles from 1k-2.5k until I lift up on the gas pedal.
The thorttle sticks until I lift up the gas pedal
I been playing with it for awhile now and cant seem to get it right.
If you see anything wrong tell me!! lol
Can someone come over and adjust the throttle cable for me!! Socal OC/LA area!!

I did that many many times.
It never sits right or something it keeps on changing my idle. It always seems to slightly stick sometimes

you might also check to see if the throttle body butterfly is sticking a little. if you got the motor used you might need to clean out the throttle body. sometimes when they get dirty and clogged they tend to stick alittle.
but props to the guy who saw the cable.

Re: (Hybrid93Eg)
chill out. Yeah, that looks like a y7 with a y8 IM on it. The throttle cable is long, but it'll work fine.
Your idle is EITHER a vacuum leak...
OR, you put the wrong spring on the throttle cable rotor attachment bit. I assume you swapped that and know what im talking about. get a Helms manual and adjust your throttle cable with that nut on the throttle cable holder (the brass colored piece of metal bolted to the manifold with 2 screws.
