I was offered a cosmo fuel regulator for a good price. The fuel pressure regulator is for 96-00 sohc and not for my civic eg 92-95 will it fit. He say it comes with instructions. I would like to now before i make a mistake in buying it. Anybody out there have a fpr like this one did u feel hp increase because the website claims 7hp increase and i now its to balance out the fuel/air ratio if u have an aftermarket intake . I want to know if it made a difference.
