ASAP!! brake light questions for del sol
i want to know whats wrong with my brakes.my brake lights and backlights are still on when u turn off the car.and when i start it and took the car for a drive the brake pedals are kind of hard.can anybody tell me what i should check.thanks in advance.

depends on what you are talking about if by brake light you mean the idicator on your guage panel it could be a lack of brake fliud or out of adjustment parking brake. If you are talking about taillights then you might have a problem in the brake switch at the pedal, binding in your calipers or a fault in the fluid lines. Hope i couls help Brock

I believe that its a switch located at the top of the brake pedal. Its the switch that tells your brake lights to come on. And im trying to think of things to look for. If you have a haynes or chilton manual look in there.
