If I'm not mistaken it should bolt in place of your stock center console. You should be able to use the same screws over, so yes, thats it.

yes it does.
personally I had the JDM arm rest the (the long VTI) type and it sucked then I switched to USDM specs, also very annoying (plus it was upholstered in vinyl), which made my arm slip down. when shifting I hit the damn thing more then I wanted.
its not practical if you have the JDM Recaros or Del sol seats in.

That one is the best, some of the oe ones I've seen in sedans suck since they don't have the thick foam padding like that one. Very easy to install. I have the long JDM one and I put a changer in it, the only think I don't like is it slopes down in front, unlike the usdm one comes out farther. Just doesn't seem to have as much space for your arm as the us one.
