i was wondering a good place (import) where i can get my car appraised. i have never done this and am i just supposed to go to like an import shop.. or a body shop? the reason for this is because im almost finished with my car, and im putting alot of $ into it and doing all the labor myself, but if someone smashes into my car i dont want them to be able to total my car and pay me blue book (which is like 4000$) i want them to pay what itd have costed a shop to do all the work to my car... so i want to get all the appraisals legit

ya import shop is a good bet. Also list off what you have here and youll get a ball park figure.

fully built 2.2 lsvtec t04 t. but this doesnt eally matter for appraisal because if i hit someone hard enough with the front of my car most likely itd be me to blame (unless someone pulled out in front of me . etc) im thinking itll eihe rbe side damage or rear ending me.
im thinking just the labor of doing this front conversion with a full paintjob is somewhere near 6000$ and buying the front end with carbon hood is like 2500-3000
