Apexi VAFC 2 Removal and Correct Install
Hey,
I have a 95 Civic EX with a 96 GSR motor. When I bought the car it already had the VAFC 2 wired to a P09 Ecu with a "Jun" chip probably from Ebay. The car runs great but I dont like how the wires to my ecu are spliced to the wires from the VAFC. There is a conversion harness that I would rather use, but the damage is already done. How can I remove the VAFC and connect my ecu wires back like they should? Is there just a certain part of the wire harness I could buy with an uncut harness on it to plug into my ecu? I know it sounds dumb since everything works fine, but I want my ecu wires intact. I already searched so please dont flame.
Thanks.

Buy a harness from the shock tower to the ECU. Best bet is if the wires are cut, solder the wires back together. Why go through all that trouble when you won't even see the wires.
Just solder everything (if it hasn't been done) and insulate it.

Re: Apexi VAFC 2 Removal and Correct Install (BlueIntegraBoy)
Thanks for the help. The reason being is that in the future I may take out the VAFC and I dont know what wire goes to what wire b/c they are all different colors. I dont want to mess anything up. Thanks again for the help, Im gonna go to the junk yard and look for the harness.
