yes you can.
you just need to find the correct wiring diagram for your
make and model of your vehicle.

if you can not, just take it to a shop

lets start with the basics. lol.
a wiring diagram is a diagram that shows what goes to what to wire it correctly.

now you have to get the diagram(installation instructions) that tell you how to
install it on YOUR specific make and model

and a shop that is experienced in that will know how to do it correctly.

http://www.hondata.com/engines.html

According to their site, every ecu requires a manual tranny.

"You can use Hondata with an auto tranny, but the afc is a real waste of money. Just get all the boltons and the computer will compensate because it's an o2 based map. You won't need to tune until your past intake, header, exhaust. Afc will maybe make 3hp and prolly not any torque but hondata you could prolly squeeze another 7-10 hp and 5 tq "

I read this on another forum..

Awesome. But I think he's wrong. Everything on Hondata's website for Civics say Manual trans only. I don't know where he's getting his info, but I'm getting it from the horses mouth.

hes the only one whos said it I've been on a couple of forums asking around I appreciate the info tho...

I guess ima try to get this thing to work for me, I honestly didn't think I could tune my car at all, I'm trying to shoot for just under 150 wheel horsepower I know I'm limited with this tranny but I wanna try it, idk if anybody has??? I really don't wanna swap the tranny at this point in time... I don't think the tranny would break if I'm careful and do everything i'm supposed to do along with a tranny cooler? Any opinions on all that?
