for my stock z6, very well made exhaust. i would deff. buy another one.
it is loud though, but not horrible. probablly a 6 out of 10, 10 being straight pipe and 1 being stock.
as far as the 3inch turbo application, i cant help u with that, i only had a 2.5

My friend has a thermal r&d on his 92 integra ls, and it sounds deep below 3,000 rpm, and then it screams until 6,500. I personally love the sound, and he has had many compliments on it also.

I have the thermal on my EM2, and its significantly louder than stock on my car in particular.
Also had the thermal on my GS-t Eclipse. Hardly any drone at highway speeds. Just a pleseant hum.
I have pics if needed.

i had it on my turbo'd B16 hatch. was loud as crap, but sounded good and flowed very well. after a while you dont notice it anymore, unless you go on a bit of a road trip your ears will hurt.

Had a Thermal 2.5" with a test pipe and Comptech 4-2-1 on my B16 hatch. Wayyy too loud for my tastes.

Ive had the APEXi, VERY good quality. But its only a coated mild steel. The Thermal is a full stainless. Plus, the WS2 MAY be too quiet for someone looking for sound quality. But with a test pipe, Im not sure on how loud it would be. Much louder than stock, but im not sure about its drone and raspiness.

friend had the 3 inch thermal R&D on his turbo'ed RSX, sounded really nice. Sound was deep and not to loud at all. I am sure he would recommend it again. Fit was good too from what I remember

Ive only had a slight fittiment issue with mine. Cannot figure out why the exhaust makes the rear mount bushings at the back bumper rub on the frame rail.

Re: (sirguy01)
my turbo apexi n1 setup is quiter than my buddys turbo app. thermal. I only have a sound clip idling and a little rev on my n1, none of the thermal. my n1 sounds stock on the freeway and stated before the thermal has a drone.

Got mine in last Monday, and I'm nothing but impressed. The welds look a little sloppy, but the sound and style of the exhaust more than make up for it.
It's has a quiet hum, when you're just driving normally, but when at WOT it opens up to that "perfect" note without any "breakup-weedeater-on-a-rampage" garbage that the N1 is known for.

I'm taking my car to the track this weekend and I'll have my friend record it.
On the highway the "holy crap i can't hear my radio droning noise" that everyone talks about is non-existent for me. It's not bad at all... I'd say it's a quiet hum, similar to what you'd here in an R32 Golf.
