anyone using obx coil-overs?????????
I have a set on my 93 hatch with a set of kyb agx struts and my ride was a little bouncy at first but then i raised my car up a pretty good amount and it seems to be pretty cool now. Im not trying to autoX, im just in to drag since my car has a h22a swap, I just want to stiffen up my suspesoin a little bit. One of my friends has the same coil-overs and got some kyb-4-ways and its all good now, and my other friend says I should'nt waist my time with these and just upgraid to skunk 2 coil-overs. Im going to be buying eather 4-ways or skunk 2 coil-overs soon but wich would you choose?, what would work better?, i dont want to waist a good coil-over.

get some ground control c/o and be done, the skunks aren't that good, I was thinking of getting them before until I read all the bad reviews, do a search. Don't waste your time with OBX crap either.

i've had my skunk coilovers for over 4 years now and i don't have a problem with themn no cracks, sagging springs, etc. i recently matched them with a set of kyb agx and the ride was very comfy. im not sure of obx stuff but since you have a set of coilovers on your car let us know how you like them.

actually there not bad now that my cars higher, it used to be lower and on waivy streets it would rock back and forth like a baby cradle. but i used to have skunk 2 c/o on a previouse hatch and it did the same thing and i just did a search on obx c/o and there was a post a while ago about people thinking that obx and skunk 2 got there c/o maid from the same manufacturer because they look identicle and same color and all and they said that they seem to have the same spring rate, hhhhhhmmmmm, thanks alot for the feedback guys, I think i will be buying a set of 4- ways or ground controls, I heard there alot better than skunk 2's

do a search, not many people like them. I think the springs are too short, and some people have had problems with cracking sleeves.

skunk2 coil over springs are available in 6", 7" or 8" lengths...
the only people that crack sleeves are the idiots who forget to put the metal washer between the strut and sleeve on the fronts.
if its good enough for Frank Lin's Delsol, it sure as hell good enough for my car....

I meant skunk 2, so it seems if you install them correctly they should be straight, I bought my previose hatch with them so i didnt install them but i had none of the big problems that I heard of. it seems to be 50/50, I would really love to hear more about the debate with obx=skunk 2, it seems to be more than a coinsidense, anyone with info????
