I'm movin 2 houston texas this summer with my friend and we're both 18 and goin 2 uti. i was wonderin how they are on emissions test and how strict they are about exaust...i have the greddy evo and it can get pretty loud. and my friend with the 2003 eclipse wants to kno about laws on underbody neons and if they're strict on that....don't be flammin me cuz i kno neon is rice....

down here in laredo(about 2 hrs. from san antonio) they arent strict for **** on emissions, no cop is gonna get on their knees to check the exuast piping or anything, as for the neons, no biggie either, but turn them off when u get close to wherever ur destination is, whether its school, or home, bar, whatever.. you will get jacked for sures..

I live in San Antonio, and sometimes the cops can be dicks... just turn thoses Neons off when entering a highway or somewhere where a cop can be at.

Cops here in Texas wont check for emissions or anything like that.
