Anyone running 15x7 38 offset w/ 205/50/15?
I just got some new wheels and I really don't think they're gonna fit on my '92 Si. Is anyone else running 15x7 w/ 38 offset and 205/50/15 tires? These wheels are so damn wide - 8" bead to bead, that I might need to get the fenders rolled. I wonder how cheap that is...

my wheels were 7 s..other than that, same setup...if u think it ll rub..raise ur car up a bit..but i think it has more to do with the width of the tire..i never had a rubbing problem with a 2 inch drop..when they do the balancing..have them put the weights inside the wheel instead of the lip

My brother has +35 with 195 tires on his crx that is lowered much more than it should be. It works fine.

My friend had SSR/Racing Hart Superfins on his 95 HB. Those are 15X7. He had 195/50/15 Kuhmo 711s and he had to get his fenders rolled.

Sorry, I think it will rub in some situations if your car is lowered. I run on 15X6.5 @40mm (1.75F/1.5R) with the same tires. It rubs a bit when I turn lock to lock with some speed. But not enough to be an issue where I need to roll fenders IMO.
But again, I have a G6 Civic, which I believe have more room in the wheel housing compare to G5s.

I run 15x7 38mm offset Kosei K1's with Hoosier R3s03's for the track on my '94 hatch. My car is quite low(corner weighted and coilovers), has/had 2.4 degrees negative camber in front and 1.6 in back. Only rubbed if I clipped the curbs at the apex of certain turns pretty hard. Didn't rub in normal situations. I rolled the lips slightly. You shouldn't have any problems if you watch big bumps and so forth, and don't slam your car to the bumpstops. Also, those Hoosier's are quite a bit wider that any other tire i've seen in that size. You should be fine.

I think my car might be high enough to do this:
I guess I won't really know until I have the tires mounted and the wheels/tires on the car. I guess I was just looking for some reassurance from other's with this setup.
Thanks for all the replies.

I got 225/50/15 on my 15x7s
What does this have to do with his question?
