There's a cheap way to do this, and a right way to do this.
You can get the lock actuators off of ebay, or at a junkyard for a decent price...you can't beat the OEM actuators...I'm not 100% sure which hookups you will have already and what you wont but I'm sure somebody that did this can chime in. Then you can add the switch in the drivers panel, also found on ebay or at a junkyard
You can go to cheap right and get the generic power lock actuators on ebay for about 5 dollars a piece and come up with a way to wire them to a switch somewhere, or hook them up to an aftermarket alarm system or keyless entry system.
They sell the generic keyless kits for about 50 or so online. It comes with the actuators, the control module, and some wireless remotes. This isn't a hideous way to do things but if you can use the OEM actuators that's the way to be.

This has been a topic in the past if you're talking about OEM parts. I'm sure there's a thread or two around. You'll need all the hardware and floor harness. Don't quote me.
If you're talking about aftermarket you're on your own.

If you go aftermarket...the control module should last a long time, the actuators probably wont...the good news is they're online 5 bucks a piece and easy to replace. If you're too lazy to wire it a local audio and alarm shop would do it for pretty damn cheap.

Re: anyone put pwr door locks on ek hatch?
I just went thru the entire parts list (Majestic Honda) comparing a 2dr Ex to a 3dr DX. Only parts difference is the (2) actuator assemblies and the door switch. I can buy the drivers door actuator new for $35 and a Viper remote entry new for $50. $85 for remote entry on drivers door only which is all I care about. Thanks for your help!!

^ He shouldn't, unless someone put them there, just run your own wires, and hook them up.
This is how I did mine.
DEI 451m (becuase I already have an alarm, and it's stupidly simple to hook up)
2 Actuators
ran 18 guage wires to each door and hooked them up to the actuators.
The 451m plugs into the alarm brain useing the keyless slot. give it power/ground and hook up the wires from the actuators and your done.
Very simple, the hardest part is runing the wires to the door, and that isnt that difficult.

There is NO Plug-N-Play here. Dx’s don’t have any wire harnesses in the doors. I have to wire it up myself which is half the fun of the project.
