Best to retro fit one. Any pnp kit will give worse than OEM lighting and blind other drivers. Even if you aim it super-low it kind of defeats the purpose of having quality lighting.
I HIGHLY recommend you try the Phillips X-treme bulb before buying any HID kit. It's a night and day difference over regular halogen bulbs and is DOT approved.

unless you mod a set of tsx projectors and all componets im going to mod them after my move i will post pics a very simple mod.\
