Aside from the posible problem of international shipping, theres offset of the hat.
Isn't Rover a British company that basically is a GM division? That gives a lot of domestic cars for us to check through. Hell, could be in a domestic sport compact, then ya can contact Brembo and order rotors for that one.
What offset are you looking for? Whats your brake setup? Are you doin the ITR caliper/EX knuckle/ 4x100 hub/redrilled lude VTEC rotor setup?

im usin my civic lsi hubs, (dont think you had lsi's in the us - 1.5 soch non vtec) with mc2 civic aerodeck calipers, and i need some disks!!!

To the OP, this seems to be a real huge pain in the ***. Have you thought about going with a different setup if only for ease of attaining parts? I mean, rotors wear out. You WILL be needing to buy these again.
