Anyone know the story of this hatch in Virginia?
 

My friend is looking to buy it. I can't seem to link it directly.

It's a red 92 VX hatch with a "97 GSR motor" for $4,950.

I don't really know much about swaps, but my friend who's in the middle of checking out the car says it's a B16A motor. That's not a gsr motor, right?

It's got leather seats, integra dash?, DC sports header, unknown lowering shocks/springs.

The car is listed at http://www.cars.com in Manassas Virgina '93 civic hatchback, $4950, at Daytona Motors used cars.

BTW, anyone know of a shop that can look over the carefully?

Also, what do you think would be a good price?

ps. I would guess there was something shady going on with the car. The passenger glass is busted and the head unit and speakers are missing.

WTF? If its a GSR its b18c1. I think someones trying to rip you... I would steer away. Thats for all the kids who don't know what a GSR engine is, they just hear the words GSR and say "ooohhhh a GSR I'll take it!"
