Why dont you just go to a muffler shop and have them weld up a bung for the secondary O2 sensor? Itll be hella cheap and it will make your car run like its supposed to. If not that you can buy a conversion harness and convert from obd2 to obd1.

it involves resistors into ecu pinouts, etc.....you'll need to search or wait for someone else to answer, I can't tell you how

You have to have them weld up the bung after the cat for the secondary O2 sensor. Thats where theyre always supposed to go.
and for the O2 sensor simulator.....
My friend soldered up a O2 sensor simulator "kit" he got off ebay on his impreza and it worked, kinda. Every now and then he throws a cel for malfunctuning O2 sensor. The "kit" isnt really a kit, its just like what Emerika said, a could resistors. You soldeder the resister inline between two of the wires on the o2 sensor. I think its kind of a shady way of doing this but i guess if it works its all good.
I say just spend a couple bucks and have a bung welded in and install a o2 sensor. Do it the right way the first time....

Re: anyone know how to make.... (egizzle6)
the secondary o2 is useless. it doesn't do anything. but it does have to be there. all you have to do is plug the secondary o2 into the harness and tie it to your front sway bar or something similer.
problem solved

Re: anyone know how to make.... (scratchy)
well thanks to eveyone for the input. as for the performance of the motor; will it be affected at all by the missing o2 sensor?
