http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com It may be .org I forget.

Dont be so quick to bash, but I bought a CAPA Certified bumper from http://www.partstrain.com a few years ago for my 99 and people say they dont fit the same...but I swear to you man you'd NEVER be able to tell the difference, fits perfectly and it was pretty cheap too price wise.

Good luck..and like JDMDC10 said, junkyard is a good choice too, but I dont know about you however I couldnt find a 99 civic in any local junkyards to save my life. Even EF's and EG's are rare. With the scene being so big, all the Hondas are stripped to chassis in a day or so.

Good luck man.

yeah certifit is awesome! For example, i needed a front bumper for my mom's 03 Cavalier(the bumpers dont take ice chucks the way i thought they would), the dealership wanted about $300 for the bumper cover, certifit charged me $50. And they are 100% identical.

Hell yeah man! The partstrain.com ones are pretty much just like that. I'd reccomend those and certifit to anybody!

I got my OEM style (same thing) at a place called 'Partschannel'. I think they only have a couple spread out across the country. It's the same thing, fitment is stellar and it was only $60.
