I want to find a book that teaches you step by step on how to build a motor. Not sure if once exists or not. Any info would be appreciated

They tell you how to assemble and disassemble the whole car. Wether or not it tells you EXACTLY what you want to know about building the motor, buy one anyways. EVERYONE should have one. They will save your life.

"Civic Duty"
"Honda and Acura Performance"

There are also books dedicated to the build up of Honda engines....
Both very very useful books.... can be found at borders and barns&Nobel.... go to the book store, theres tons of books just on Honda/acura....

The one for any year integra includes the info for all type-r differences. ie motor difference. You can get a 98 or 2000 or 2001 (all years type R's were produced) and it will include what you need.

Oh yea and they don't have them for specific motors. They are made by car models.

Here I did a little search and came up with this. It should answer any question you have on which to buy. It also has part numbers for the different books.
