Anyone have a B18C EG w/ Ground Control?
For all you hybrid guys with GC's, I was just wondering what spring rates do you use and how does it ride? I'm thinking of getting a set but am having a hard time deciding if I should get the Civic set rates, Integra set rates, or go custom. I'm going to pair them up with AGX's. Any info is appreciated. TIA

i got the civic set and they seem to do just fine on stock shocks, but im sure they will blow out soon. they do ride nice though.

definately get the integra rates. if you don't, then the fronts will bottom out when you hit bumps. b motor's are heavier than d motors.

Definitely get the integra rates. I had Civic rates on my old GS-R powered coupe and they are way soft in the front. What are you going to use the car for?

I've got the GC Advance Design - 650f/800r. Dedicated RR track use.
Most ppl are pretty happy in the 300-400 range for mostly street use -- not as hard as it sounds.

I've got a B18C powered hatchie with Integra rate GC's and KYB AGX shocks. My CD player skips more than with stock suspension, but its not overly abusive and it handles great! I recommend, especially for the price versus other gear (like Koni, Tein, etc).

i have a b18b1, but i have gc with integra spring rates cause they were off my old teg. My car never scrapes, but when it bounces, it bounces a lot, but i would rather have that than have my car scraping all over the place. btw, my car is pretty low.

thanks for the replies everyone. good stuff. another question though, will the 94-01 integra GC set be compatible with a 92-95 civic hb? since it seems that its a good idea to go with the integra spring rates i'm just going to take a set from my friends gsr.
