Why not get one of those JDM trannies from a d15b something or other,... they have stock dif's (lsd).

I think they're 500 bucks... from.... hmotorsonline.

If you want an EX/Si tranny... look for B000 stamped onto it... A000 is not EX/Si.

S40 = 96-00
96-00
P4A-A000 = small bearing case = DX/HX/LX etc.
P4A-B000 = large bearing case = EX

I didn't either... I was referencing this quote:
<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Slammd Sol &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Hmotorsonline.com sells the D15b LSD tranny for $350 + shipping..</TD></TR></TABLE>

From this thread:
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=705537

I'd imagine it's based on availability... jdmshit.com may have them as well... I'd imagine it's something you'd have to send them an email about... Don't think it's too well known of a component... I only heard about it a couple of weeks ago in either the thread I linked or one right around the same time.
