I had to switch my oil pan from my blown motor to the junk yard motor this weekend. I had a big a$$ dent in mine. I just used a hammer and a 2X4 and banged away at it. After it was done I cleaned it out really good and then repainted it. Seems to be working and not leaking.

mines not bad at all..the whole reason i was gonna do it was because i couldnt get my vtec to engage so i thougt my dented oil pan was causing the oil pick up to not have much pressure to allow vtec to engage but it turns out it was my fault because im a noob at wiring so im gonna leave my oil pan dented
