well did you use spray paint? because dye is much different, it doesnt coat the surface it more or less sinks into the material permanently changing the color...

Now how in the hell would you sand the texture off of the headliner? I am going to use black suede for the headliner.
I did the pillars though.....That texture is nothing special by anymeans.
The smooth painted look is sleek and very easy to keep clean..

interesting, ill be going through the same in the near future. id love to see some pics.
im not sure, but from peoples responses to this topic, dying seems to be the more popular option. Im yet to see pics of painted or dyed EG interior in black. Pics of both so people could compare would be really good. Surely people have done this and could share pics

once you do it, you will realize all black was a mistake.
I did it years ago to my first car because there were some cigarette smoke stains from the last owner. It looked cool for about a week, then it feels like your sitting in a very small box.

All black interiors are cool....but keep the roof/headliner a much lighter color.
Trust me, the car will feel much better to be in. Feng Shui applies in cars too.

I have black interior on my coupe, and I loved it. The Cx has blue, and I just wanna get the blue, to black.
But I don't look at it too much.
Back to my orignal question, who knows where you can get the kit?

you dont have to look up, the absense of light/space makes the cabin of the car feel smaller.
Go paint all your walls and ceiling of your room black, and let us know if it feels any smaller. Then paint just the ceiling white again, it will make the room significantly brighter.

Re: (Vero)
I like the feel of a smaller interior. I would like to get rid of the light grey dark grey two tone interior and just go all dark grey. Can it be done? DO they make dye to match OEM dark grey? Yes, please post pics of all black interior as well!!
