Anybody Know where to find an analog tach with digital speedometer?
I just want to see if this item exists. I would like to make a custom gauge cluster and I want to cut realestate by seeing if there is a tach/speedometer all in one. I would ideal like an analog tach with a digital read out of the cars current speed under the needle or something. Thanks a bunch guys.

i think someone has done it before, but its not easy because of the way they work.
i forget which car he cluster out of, a s2k or one of the 06 civics i think.
good luck with the project tho. if you can get it done id like to see a writeup

A company called AIM has these put they cost a grip ($800-$2000). Also you could get a triple stack cluster, but that is even more......

thanks guys, yeah thats not exactly what im looking for. Im just seeing if any one makes an analog - actual needle that moves not a digital representation of an analog gauge. and just led speed out put. Thanks though, there are some interesting things related to those companies though.

Motec does as well. But it's the same story with them. Extremely expensive.
Edit: Here is a picture of the stack cluster

Re: (B16CRXT)
that gap is because the dash panel wasnt in the car yet
it is quite involved
you need a tach signal converter,
a speed sensor signal converter,
and a ECT sensor signal converter.
besides that its cake
those fuel and temp gauges on the right are the stock ones
I cut the bezel out of 6mil carbon and spent a **** load of time
cutting it into shape to house everything including all the indicators
It helped that i had the sevice manual for both the
RC51 and the EG
oh yeah and i forgot, it redlines at 10,500
