i had some kid pull out on front of me today making a left turn and i had to turn to not drive into the side of his car and i slid off the road into a pole, totalled the car and went to the hospital for arm injuries...
there were 2 witnesses that saw what hedid but since they took me away so fast i didnt get thier info. i just dont want this bitch to try and turn it around on me

just wondering of anyone else was in an accident like this and what they did, and what was the outcome

a lady ran me off the road last August. The cops gave her a warning cause she had the wrong turn signal on and had already initiated her turn to the opposite direction then turned my way as soon as I started passing her. Her insurance company wouldn't pay for my damages cause they said we were both 50/50 at fault, so they only wanted to pay for half. My insurance company paid for everything (except my deductible) and is going through subrogation to get my money and their money back. Good luck.

damn sorry to hear that bro. last year i was turning left into the driveway into my school, there were 2 lanes coming on the opposite way. the driver from the lane nearest to me gives me the nod to go and cause i was in a hurry, i turned fast and an oncoming car that didnt see me hit me on the passengers side. the cops said it was 50/50 since i turned to fast and she was coming too fast, so i totalled my prelude si with a h22 swap . that was the 2nd time i got in an accident with that car, so let me tell you that cars aint **** to worry about. everything can be replaced as long as your okay and dont worry about it, eveything will work itself out. Now a drive a 98 civic ex coupe AUTO, just so i wouldnt be tempted to swap it out again and im totally happy with my choice. Good luck and remember cars aint ****, peace.

same thing happened to me kinda.....going through an intersection, this kid pulled a left in front of me and i t-boned him....the accident was his fault....i never got cited....and i had 2 witnesses......his insurance company is trying to say i am 20% at fault.......so we have to go to court and sue them now....insurance companies suck a fat one ...BTW sorry to hear about your accident glad you are kinda ok

yea they tried to ask how fast i was going and i told them i was going * (what the speed limit was). but i didnt touch his car so i hope he doesnt try and get out of it.. but my boss is a lawyer so as soon as i get the police report im gonna sue his ***.
