Any Tips for a 92 Civic Dx 4 Door?
I Could realy use some pointers on going about fixing a 4 door civic,,i am leaning on changeing the engine. dose any one else have any ideas .. i will be happy to hear them all. Ty

Also I wanted to know if there is a way to drop a V-6 in a civic with a little mods i dont want to do a full mod job on it... just wondering, and if ther is a way which engines should i use,

yah v6 4door... thatd be hot... go take about 10g's out of the bank and goto your local shop!

For a V6 going in there, that is a LOT of angle die-grinding, and a big time weaker frame rail chassis support.

yea it dont look like i am dropping any v-6 in my civic ,, but it was just an idea. well if any one has any suggestions oon a good engine let me know ,, i am in thr prosses in looking doe a better engine then the stock Dx engine that i have now. so all info will help me out, ty

how much do you have to spend? If your budget is under $3000 then i would suggest getting a 92-95 civic ex engine. It is called a d16z6 and has vtec. They have 125hp stock and should give your car a nice little boost in power and won't break your check book.

B18B--easy
B18C--easy
H22A--Trickier and pricier, but still straightforward.
Search on all of those engine codes and soak up as much info as you can. You have a long way to go in terms of learning what to do.
