I dont think anyone has a full how to. Everyone likes to keep their methods a secret.. depends on how extreme you want to go. Check out a thread by Panda Hatch in the appearance and cosmetic forum.

I want to go pretty extreme but I want to see how extreme I can go with out spending I am not all into the extending/shortening wires.

if thats a pic of ur bay its clean enough. if not some good elbow gease and running the harnesses on the pass and drivers side in the wheel wells, dizzy harness under the distributer and the main connectors under the battery and the master cylinder, also run the injector wires under the IM. looks good.
