I know its for a 95 civic coupe but what exactly is it?

no idea about the first one, but the second picture looks like an automatic transmittion cooler, or could be a powerstearing cooler.

picture #1 look like the metal piece that goes under the dash were the column is. underneath the plastic piece were your knee's would be
picture #2 looks like the power steering cooler line that goes in front of the radiator. runs along you rad. support in the middle
