Default any ideas

So i just picked up a 95 jdm b16a sir for my ej coupe. the only problems i have are its reving itself from 1000 to 1500 rpms. which i think is a vacumm leak but also it is leaking oil from where the head and the block meet by cylinder 4. when i did a compression test i had 200 through cylinders 1-3 and cylinder 4 had about 175. any ideas?

Distributor seal for the oil leak or Valve cover.
and maybe vacuum leak, or clogged IACV

sounds like it could b the head gasket.. my car was doing the same thing really bad and i noticed some of the problem was my cam seal so i changed that and now its not that bad but if i smash on it a lot i notice some oil coming from between the block/head..

u can drive on it for a while.. ive been driving mine that that for a while and havent had any problems... yet... ur cylinder is fine, as long as there all within 15% if each other..

i checked on all data and it says for a b16a3 (del sol b16) compression is usually around 180 and lowest it can b is 130 :O
