So i have a eg coupe with a gsr that was driving completly perfect for quite some time(2 months). Then it started dying when ever im in neutral with absolutly no warning and only after it was warmed up so i replaced the throttle body gasket and when on a quick drive to get some gas and it didnt die til on our way out of the gas station so that didnt solve the problem. we got back and diagnosed the CEL and got 15-ignition output signal and 21-Vtech spool solonoid valve. Iv got a homie help me with this problem thats a mechanic but hes just trroubleshooting and were just fixing everything one step at a time which seeems to be mainly janky wiring that looks terrible.(he used a amp wire as a connecter between a wire and the tiny wire left coming out of the ecu which is 1/15th the size of a amp wire, janky' But what do you expect with a beautiful gsr in a eg coupe for 2100. Any thoughts? iv tried cleaning most the wires to the ecu and on the vtech solonoid. am i gonna have to get real nitty gritty and trace the wires to the firewall?
OH and when i was cleaning the wires connections and 15 did go away, and i disconnected the battery let it sit and took it for a drive and it came back on.
Any idea?Knowledge?anyhting would help

Iv checked all the exposed wires and cleaned all of em up and still there any help

Iv again cleaned more wires and rebooted the ecu and all the Check engine lights are off and wont eve throw any codes, is it possible its the distributer?Alternator? or a wrong ecu? im running a chipped p28 ecu in my gsr

Please alittle help i even went to a shop and they couldnt fully answer it they just told me to go get it tuned and the shop who tunes it should answer it but i cant find any dynotune shops around everett.
