The high performance honda engine builders handbook is very good...I recommend that one...my friend got it and said there was a ton of **** that he'd never read before. You can find it at barnes and noble.

Nothing beats the information shared here at Honda-Tech.com
The only thing you have to do is read and learn to cut through the bullshit.

Yup. Whenever you have a question about anything Honda, just search the archives here on H-T, I found it to be the best Honda book (and updated daily).

You can never g wrng with helms.

Check ebay for helms manuals. They are dirt cheap but probably bootlegged.

I liked this book for all the dyno's, but amost everything was done on the b16, the authors car. I was hoping for more gsr stuff. If there were more brand comparos in each shootout, then it would be more reliable info.

Honestly, I have this book and I think it's the biggest POS ever. It doesn't really talk about modifying the car it is just a product book to find out what you need to make your car go fast. They mention some top end dragsters, but don't even go into detail how to turbo your car, and do modifications to your motor.
