I think hchhon wants the complete trans flush procedure. Here goes:
I noticed people swearing and scolding you about your question. It took me awhile to find this procedure also. Basically you are going to flush/cycle new fluid in and out a few times until it is all fresh. My Honda dealer does not use a power flush system so doing this yourself will save you about $50-$75 in labor.

1. Buy one case of HONDA ATF Fluid (12 bottles) about $50 and one new drain plug bolt washer (metal ring)…$1.
2. Engine should be warmed up. Block up the front of the car to lift both wheels and secure one or both of the rear wheels Parking brake ON.
3.Drain the transmission fluid into a pan. You will get aprox. 2 ˝ - 3 quarts.
4. Put the drain plug bolt and old washer back in. You do not have to torque it in ..just so it is fairly tight.
5. Add three quarts of new fluid.
6. Start the engine. Shift into Drive and slowly accelerate thru the gears to about 50 mph then slowly brake to bring the engine back down to idle – wheels stopped..
7. Shift into Reverse…..slowly accelerate to about 15mph….slowly brake to bring engine back to idle – wheels stopped.
8. Repeat steps 3 – 7 two more times.
9. Final drain. Use your new drain bolt washer this time. Torque drain bolt. Add about 2 ˝ qts of the last 3 new qts of fluid.
10. Lower the car. Take a quick test drive. Recheck the fluid level and add a little if needed.

This fluid cycling works well. Block the car up securely !. It is somewhat nerve racking thinking about your front end falling with the wheels spinning at 50 mph ! You and the car could be damaged !
Ouch
