Oh god.
96 Spec and USDM ITRs have the same trannies. 98 spec had a FD of 4.7 with GSR 4th and 5th gears. 00-01 ITRs had CTR intake cams while the JDM ones only had the pre-00/01 cams. Pistons are of higher compression on the B18C.
