Default Any benefit in installing a USDM Type R exhaust manifold on my EM1?

I would like a JDM manifold, but since they go for a solid nut. Other options?

I dont see why it wouldnt. I mean it is larger isnt it?


Already gonna score some ITR cams for cheap to put in. Might as well make
a wrench day out of it and install a ITR manifold.

I don't know I was comparing it to my B16 manifold and they don't seem very different. I didn't measure it but I did a test feel
